Conn. The talented UConn senior just picked-up her third straight Big East Player of the Year award. She is on the verge of becoming a four-time All-American. She is even the reason that the WNBA draft will be held at ESPN,near the UConn campus rather than at NBA properties in Secaucus,New Jersey.

Besides all of these honors Moore is a great student and was once considered to be a Rhodes Scholar candidate. There is no doubt that she will be a member of the 2012 US Olympic team coached by her UConn coach,Geno Auriemma.
Moore unwittingly might be the reason that the series between UConn-Tennessee was cancelled by Tennessee coach Pat Summitt over UConn's recruitment of the Georgia high school.
.
Is Moore the greatest female player ever? Too early to tell. Auriemma will tell you that she is only the second greatest UConn player of all-time after Diana Taurasi. that might all change if UConn wins another National Championship and Auriemma ties Summitt with 8. There are others to consider, namely Lisa Leslie,Tamika Catchings and Candace Parker. But they are all pros and Moore is already being mentioned in their company. Pretty lofty for a senior in college.
