1. Mike Krzyzewski, Duke men: Arrogant. Yes. A winner. Yes. Four national Championships and an Olympic Gold. The best in his business.

3. Pat Summitt, Tennessee women: Not far behind Auriemma. Eight National Championships.
4. Roy Williams, UNC men: Two National Championships and seven Final Fours. Has been remarkable at Kansas and UNC.
5. Tom Izzo, Michigan State men: One National Championship and seven Final Fours.Very even tempered.Liked by all.
6. Jim Boeheim, Syracuse men: One National Championship
and the champion of a very tough 2-3 zone which has been copied but never
imitated.
7. Jim Calhoun, UConn men: Two National
Championships. Great defensive mind. Has produced top NBA talent.
8. Kim Mulkey, Baylor women: One National
Championship and quickly on the way to three. The quickest to 200 wins of
all the above.
9. Tara VanDerveer, Stanford
women: Two National Championships years ago and has been able to re-invent
herself of later. Develops great posts.
10. Billy Donovan, Florida men: Two National
Championships. Has been down lately. Needs recruiting to pick up.
Honorable mention: Tubby Smith, Minnesota
men; Jamie Dixon, Pittsburgh men; Rick Pitino, Louisville men; Muffet McGraw, Notre
Dame women; Jim Foster, Ohio State women.
