SWAN SONG
GOING GOING
GONE

Marbury Shoes

THOSE WERE THE DAYS

How far the Mighty FALL

wasn't it only yesterday

THOUSANDS were

lining up at Steve &

Barry's to buy their

MARBURY'S

Stephon Marbury was on TOP of the  World. His new line of well priced sneakers were a BIG hit. Steve &  Barry's the EXCLUSIVE seller of Marbury footwear were flying HIGH just  as much. Steve & Barry's was about to become the Starbucks of  footwear and apparel. With stores EVERYWHERE and no one would be more  RESPONSIBLE than New York Knicks Point Guard Stephon Marbury. Coached  by The Great Isiah Thomas.

REMEMBER BACK THEN

it wasn't long ago but now

But NOW Steve & Barry's is in  BANKRUPTCY And Stephon Marbury is going going GONE. Not only likely  from the Knicks but from the entire NBA. Yes the never ending saga of  the Mighty FALLING. NOT that either Steve & Barry's or Stephon  Marbury deserve it.

UNLESS you think they do. It's your  choice. The critics will argue neither were really what they appeared  to be. Special with something unique to sell. ON THE OTHER HAND you can  argue both WERE even if they no longer are. YOUR choice.

Whatever side you take if it matters  at all neither will EVER be the same again that is a Fact. Might Steve  & Barry's somehow survive as a tiny company with a few stores.  Maybe but probably not. Although that is the BEST they can hope for.  Can Marbury and his HUGE salary survive the NEW regime at the Knicks.  Virtually impossible. Will another NBA team pay Marbury the MEGA-bucks  to "play" for them. No thanks and even less likely that Marbury comes  with BAGGAGE. Unsavory baggage his tantrums, injuries and no shows with  the Knicks.

We could go on and one

with needless detail

about both but WHY

bother we gave you

all you need to know

now trust us you have

better things to do

( or certainly should )

with your time so

do we so Bye Bye

until tomorrow
