Brock is the king of UFC Heavyweights

At 6-feet-3 and 275 pounds, Brock Lesner dwarfed the 45-year old Randy Couture, who stood 6-feet-2 but weighed just 220 pounds. When both men walked in the octagon, Lesner looked even more massive when contrasted with Couture.

The one glaring thing missing from this once proud franchise like the 49ers is toughness and hopefully making the change to a tough former player like Mike Singletary will make a positive difference and will turn things around for the five-time Super Bowl Champions.
Athletes take hits in taxes after game

The jock tax is thought to have begun in California in the 1980s, with authorities quietly collecting from athletes, whose salaries had exploded. Illinois instituted its jock tax in 1992 after legislators learned that Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls were being taxed by California the previous year while winning the NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers. Other states followed. Indiana added language specific to athletes in its tax code in 1997.
A Diced And 'Sliced' Upset

There are so many ways to win and so many ways to lose in MMA competition. It’s unknown whether Kimbo Slice and Petruzelli will have a rematch or whether Shamrock is still in the picture. It will probably take upwards to six to eight weeks to laceration above his left eye to heal.
