THE LIBERATION OF P.K. SUBBAN By Michael – Louis...
WHY ESPN HAS ALWAYS BEEN FULL OF SHIT!
WHY ARE YOU SURPRISED?
By Michael – Louis Ingram, Editor – in- Chief
PHILADELPHIA (BASN): The world of sports reporting we know now has become a morass of “gotcha moments” and false apologies (‘If i have offended anyone’) over the past generation.
The Muthafuckin’ MOUSE - ESPN – has been at the front of this kind of garbage journalism; while patting themselves on the back for how cool they think they are, their deep - seeded resentment for the Black athletes they feed on shines like a diamond ring.
It is an attitude long supported by their upper management, which for years decided on targets du jour like Terrell Owens, Michael Vick and others with their derisive, vitriolic rhetoric. When “busted” for their bullshit, they squeal like bitches about being “entertainers” and not “journalists.”
This logic can be backed by the fact whenever issues come up where ethnicity can’t be extracted from the sport, these scumbags play to the lowest common denominator; and at any time during their so – called production meetings, someone could have spoken up and urged that a different approach would be warranted – but no such action was taken…
It was okay to call Martin Luther King ‘Martin Luther COON’ (Mike Greenberg, you piece of shit!) or refer to former NFL QB Jim Everett as “Chris” (referencing tennis star Chris Evert) by a guttersnipe named Jim Rome; the Mouse can always chalk those up as errors of omission because they had the blessings of their bosses to push the envelope to see just how much bullshit - they could get away with.
There is, however, an even finer line when you are trying to get that scoop. If you wanna be first – you’d better be right; and do it by the numbers.
It is that lack of ethics which has long left the room.
It ain’t difficult – you ask who what when where why – and sometimes how; the how, sadly, is what is on display.
How the FUCK does an insipid little turd like ESPN’s Adam Schefter keep his job after violating one of the basic laws of sports journalism?
Schefter, no doubt feeling full of himself because he thinks he’s an “insider” broke through that fourth wall by passing on confidential information to his handlers at the Mouse – a Twitter message which read:
ESPN obtained medical charts that show Giants DE Jason Pierre – Paul had right index finger amputated today pic.twitter.com/VI5cbS1uCw – this was dated July 8 – including the asshole’s Twitter address (@AdamSchefter)
At 7:04 pm, approximately 8,000 people had been exposed to this…and oh, by the way – this bitch – ass had the nerve to show a piece of the medical report, which is something you don’t fucking do!
Less than three hours later, Pittsburgh Steelers DE/OLB James Harrison – himself once a specific target of ESPN harassment – plugged in a Twitter response of his own:
@AdamSchefter – you’re a piece of sh*t for putting that picture up! jharrison9292
I am no doctor – but I believe medical records are supposed to be confidential (as in doctor/patient privilege) so how the FUCK do you have the authority to do such an egregious thing – unless said act was endorsed by management?
Just as any good editor would ask for information to be verified and clarified, they would also say, “hey, wait a minnit – this ain’t right.”
If this schmuck Schefter is such an “insider” – then he knew enough to know exactly what he was doing – and there aren’t any lame ass excuses to follow.
Pierre – Paul’s July 4th fireworks accident and whatever damage was done - was to remain between him and his employer. Schefter’s callousness turned his nose up at the laws which keep medical reports confidential, and, frankly i’m surprised the head of the NFLPA isn’t calling for this pussy’s head!
HIPAA – the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 - established rules protecting the privacy and security of individually identifiable health information. Through these rules national standards were set requiring organizations and individuals to implement safeguards to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of protected health information – like Pierre – Paul’s health status.
Failure to comply with HIPAA requirements can result in civil and criminal penalties, as well as progressive disciplinary action,up to and including termination. These civil and criminal penalties can apply to both covered entities and individuals.
So, Mr. Big -Time ‘Insider’ pick up on this, you fucking cockroach!
Section 13410(D) of the HITECH Act, which became effective on February 18, 2009, revised section 1176(a) of the Social Security Act by establishing:
- Four categories of violations that reflect increasing levels of culpability
- Four corresponding tiers of penalties that significantly increase the minimum penalty amount for each violation
- A maximum penalty amount of $1.5 million for all violations of an identical provision
|Civil monetary penalties|
1. Covered entity or individual did not know (and by exercising reasonable diligence would not have known) the act was a HIPAA violation.
$100-$50,000 for each violation, up to a maximum of $1.5 million for identical provisions during a calendar year
2. The HIPAA violation had a reasonable cause and was not due to willful neglect.
$1,000-$50,000 for each violation, up to a maximum of $1.5 million for identical provisions during a calendar year
3. The HIPAA violation was due to willful neglect but the violation was corrected within the required time period.
$10,000-$50,000 for each violation, up to a maximum of $1.5 million for identical provisions during a calendar year
4. The HIPAA violation was due to willful neglect and was not corrected.
$50,000 or more for each violation, up to a maximum of $1.5 million for identical provisions during a calendar year
|Tier||Potential jail sentence|
Unknowingly or with reasonable cause
|Up to one year|
|Under false pretenses||Up to five years|
For personal gain or malicious reasons
|Up to ten years|
Even if your employer pays the fine, your credibility ain’t worth a fucking dime! Anyone that does talk (provided you still have a job) would be a fucking fool; how much inside info do you think you’re gonna get now?
While there may be some who think the problem will solve itself if/when the ‘tweet’ gets deleted, to me it presents a larger problem. The ESPNs and their wannabees are telling every Black athlete collectively – that you ain’t shit.
They will say anything they about you; just as the asshole Skip Bayless said to Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh when he mentioned to his face to not speak disgracefully re his name; but Bayless refused and continued to do so – although I wouldn’t have blamed Bosh one bit if he had climbed over that desk and smacked the taste out his mouth!
The ignorant nigger known as Stephen A. Smith is not even worth the ink used to print this, as his statements re the Ray Rice incident put his ass in check long enough for him realize your salary and perceived celebrity means nothing – a ho is a still a ho whether she’s sucking your dick – and swallowing – for $3 – or $3 million.
But still, like moths to the flame, some of you stupid muthafuckas continue to believe you can manipulate this game – as you are drawn closer to it, you don’t have enough sense to know your Black ass is on fire!
Harrison, who was labeled “a dirty player” by ESPN when the rules for rushing the passer were changed, was unfairly labeled and fined; because he had no negative reputation prior to the rule change; but of course, that didn’t matter to the Mouse:
M – I – C (See what we can do to you Niggers?)
K- E -Y (Why? Because deep down inside, we hate your Black asses!)
O – U – S- O- B… (Be aware of the environment you’re dealing with – and those who truly mean you harm!)
Because the climate favors the fall rather than the rise; the Mouse knows they benefit more from failure than success when it comes to the Black athlete; which is why they will ask how many interceptions will Jameis Winston throw juxtaposed to how many touchdown passes Marcus Mariota will throw – but never flip the question around.
The lusting by their inane insects in attempting to pick at Russell Wilson’s success like ants on a leftover piece of bologna at a picnic because he’s deemed as the wrong Color of Success for the NFL – but I digress.
Caveat Emptor is in effect – and no matter what the Giants do re Pierre – Paul’s contract status, I hope he secures a good lawyer; because a civil case re HIPAA violation - looks very likely to these eyes – and Adam Schefter’s scum bucket ass – should be out of a job.
You don’t have to be an insider – to see that.
Always outnumbered – never outgunned.
