NORTH CAROLINA-(BASN)- The 2015 NBA Draft took place at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Thursday night, June 26. But, despite all of the hugs, handshakes, colorful suits and bowties, the question still remains, will these future ballers be franchise players or simply another 1st round future bust with a basketball.
