The Boston Celtics came into this game after losing a close one in Toronto. The Celtics were holding on and holding on but, couldn’t contain DJ Augustin and Joakim Noah who both had huge nights. Joakim had 13 points, 8 rebounds and 13 assists and DJ went off for 33 points he couldn’t miss. The Celtics just couldn’t stop anything that the Bulls were doing in the second half. I give credit to the Celtics because, they could of given up on the season like other teams trying to get draft picks and they haven’t. Rondo looks like the Rondo of old as he has produced in a way that no one even could of thought of coming off the ACL injury.  Rondo had 17 points, 4 rebounds and 11 assists in the lose. The Celtics play the Bulls again tomorrow night and they need to figure out how to dominate the paint and expand the defense on the perimeter. The Celtics had some bright spots in the game when Bass and Rondo were working the pick and roll. The Celtics need to stay with what works and I feel sometime Stevens brings in too many people that it messes up the rhythm of the offense. The Bulls are a well oiled machine and look ready to make a big splash in the postseason. Noah has been playing some sensational basketball as of late and has been the leader of a Bulls team that has been missing D.Rose. The Celtics and Bulls play again tomorrow and the C’s have to make some adjustments on DJ and Noah if they want to win.
