NORTH CAROLINA-(BASN)-Most football fans will agree that the most important player on any football team is the quarterback. But, in order for him to be successful, he needs to have someone to throw the ball to. As a result, today on Blackathlete.net, we would like to highlight some of the highest paid wide receivers in the league.

1.The San Francisco 49ers will be paying wide receivers Anquan Boldin ($6,001, 400) and Michael Crabtree ($5,770, 439) a total of $11, 771, 839.

3. Newly acquired Denver Broncos Wes Walker will only make $4,155,600 this year.

4. Atlanta Falcons Roddy White will take home $9,605,425 catching passes from QB Matt Ryan this year.

5. The Houston Texans Andre Johnson is the highest paid wide receiver in the league with a$14,859,043 paycheck.

6. The Indianapolis Colts veteran wide receiver will bring home $8,167,191 this season.

8. Brandon Marshall, of the Chicago Bears will collect $9,300,00 this year.

9. Detroit Lions Calvin Johnson aka MegaThron, will count $8,779,600 at the end of the season.

10. Despite all the protesting and pouting, the Philadelphia Eagles WR DeSean Jackson finally got his paper, which amounts to $9 million.
