NORTH CAROLINA-(BASN)-1. The Shaw University Lady Bears became the first CIAA program to win three straight titles twice with their 72-53 victory over Fayetteville State Saturday at the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, NC during the CIAA Tournament.
