NORTH CAROLINA-(BASN)-Ladies & gentlemen, it’s that time once again, for NFL  coaches, GM’s, scouts and recruiters to decide who they will draft in 2013.

For most of them, their decisions and selections will be financial investments, which hopefully will pay-off in the near future.

Because, with the right decisions, their teams could instantly become Super Bowl contenders.

With all of the pressures and uncertainties surrounding their selections, however, they only have ridiculous Wunderlist tests, 40-yard dashes, bench presses, shuttle runs, high jumps, and other on-field drills, which are usually done without shoulder pads or helmets to help them in the process.

And despite all the stats, film study, interviews, scientific data, and psychological tests, they still end up getting it wrong, most of the times.

Have we forgotten about  JeMarcus Russell and Tim Couch?

With that said, who will be the No.1 pick in this year’s draft?
