Woody Johnson; “You Can Never Have Too Much Tebow . . . . ‘
DENVER, CO. (BASN)—Attribute that sentimental sentiment to not Reverend Billy Graham or the religious extremist Pat Robertson, but rather Woody Johnson – the owner of the NFL’s New York Jets, who was recently asked if he’d rather have a “winning” Jets season or a victorious presidential election for Mitt Romney; “Well I think you always have to put country first,” Johnson said. “So I think it’s very, very important that for – not only us – but in particular for our kids and grandkids that this election come off with Mitt Romney and (Paul) Ryan as President and vice president.”
Woody must believe in Great White Hopes . . . .
“Are we going to keep Tebow? Absolutely,” Johnson said just a few days ago during an interview on CNBC. “He’ll be with us for three years. I think he’s going to be a real valuable asset in terms of helping us win games.”
Nevertheless, Johnson, well-aware of the perception he yearns for Tebow to start because it would “pack “the coliseum doled out little-more than the company line, in support of Sanchez. But failed to go as far to say that Sanchez never could get benched. “Never is a long time period, but I see the same things in Mark Sanchez (as) when I first met him,” Johnson said. “He’s still a young quarterback. … (Quarterback) is probably the most difficult position athletically and mentally that there is in all of sports.”
It predictably appears Mr. Johnson, who coincidentally, by happenstance, just happens, yes . . . just happens to be the Republican TEA Party nominee Mitt Romney’s New York Campaign manager . . . Woody has come to a couple of convoluted conclusions: one – a full maximum dose of Tim Tebow is what the Jets are desperately in-need-of if they hope to salvage their season.
While second; Woody’s also calculated what the so-called United States of America needs to do to salvage it’s already damned future . . . to steal another presidential election by placing fellow country club aristocrats Romney n’ Ryan in the White House.
Logically . . . should one wonder where Woody stands when it comes to the highly combustible issue of illegal/Mexican immigration? I’d imagine, being a Grand Pooh Bah at the Romney Roundtable it’s safe to assume Johnson too would like to either ship all the brown people back, below the Rio Grande, or he’d like to keep them here in the states as a cheap-labor which lives on the other side of the tracks, and as labor union busting, wage- lowering pawns . . . either way I doubt Sanchez, or most Latinos would agree with his Woody’s views on the combustible issue.
But with all that meaningless “personal stuff” being swept aside, and of-course deemed irrelevant and disconnected from how Woody runs his pigskin plantation . . . word is, this owner is but one loss, perhaps even one-half, 30 minutes of a football game away from putting Sanchez back in his proper place . . . on the bench, and supplanting him with a QB who can’t throw, can’t decipher complicated NFL defenses . . . , but nonetheless does accept Jesus Christ as his personal savior and lord.
And-after-all, is that not what counts?
You got to wonder if Johnson’s obvious conservative political opinions impact and shape the moves he makes on the artificial turf-covered gridiron? Woody might have used the off-season to shore up his O-Line, as well as sign a legit running back and wideout, but no, instead he signs Tebow as a PR stunt, believing the pigskin fanatics are also “right wing” religious fanatics . . . .
Now if that’s the case, and I can’t see possibly how it isn’t, then Sanchez has been played, betrayed and exploited by Woody, deemed expendable. Johnson said the prospect of Tebow starting is “a question that will be asked more frequently if this progresses because this is unacceptable playing.”
Rex Ryan has pronounced “Sanchez is the starting Quarterback . . . this week.”
The lone, fully Latino Field General is but one INT from being deported-off the field, and he better not complain or play-into-the obvious aftermath which will arise after Mark’s not allowed off the bench; Woody may have had detectives determine if any of Sanchezes extended family members are here illegally, and if Sanchez gripes . . . Woody can make a phone call
Think of “who” and “what we’re dealing with here . . . .
Mr. Johnson regularly, regularly I say breaks-bread with the anointed “haves” like Romney and Rush Limbaugh – individuals who wholeheartedly regard most of the lower 47% of Americans – the unwashed masses, as asses, as “having not-a damn-thing low-lifes” and specifically view Americans-of-Color who disproportionately comprise the blue, pink and no-collar segment of US society . . . as human trash.
Vultures of the same feather flock together, and racist sexist and elitist fat cats hang out in velvet paved alleys together . . . .
Not “if,” but based-upon Woody’s own words, the ga-zillionaire’s already calculated a 2nd Obama term, . . . means the sky is falling, it’s the end of the world, or at least the American Empire as he, Mitt and Rush knew it. So I then must consider these type of men, who desperately desire to return to yesteryear, when White men strove-to orchestrate all aspects of American society – that mentality and mindset molds n’ shapes, and obviously impacts their business decisions.
Mark Sanchez is the brown eyed/brown skinned step-child, honestly, he’s the sacrificial gladiator, who’ll be benched so that the “Great White Hope,” the ”Christian Soldier,” Tim Tebow can march on . . . throw in Mark’s biblical, yet devilish 66.6 QB rating, coupled with Tebow’s 314 yard playoff performance last year . . . and God is trying to tell somebody somethin’ . . .
“Onward, Christian soldiers, marching as to war,
With the cross of Jesus going on before.
Christ, the royal Master, leads against the foe;
Forward into battle see His banners go!”
