BTRC NEW YORK – For the third straight week, South Carolina State (3-0) and Florida A&M (4-0) are still the top two teams in black college football. Buddy Pough’s team sits atop both the BoxToRow.com/BASN HBCU FCS Coaches poll and the media poll as well.
