PLAYOFFS TO BE TOPIC OF ‘INSIDE THE ABA’
The ABA Final 8 Playoffs will be the main topic of tomorrow’s “Inside the ABA” with Robby Kendall heard on Voice America Sports at 1 p.m. ET. Robby interviews ABA CEO Joe Newman who provides a recap of the tournament that starts Thursday evening in Quebec, Canada as part of the city’s 400th Birthday Celebration. The two also discuss this past weekend’s All Star Game in Barre, Vermont as well as expansion and plans for next season.
“We’ll have eight great teams competing in Quebec,” said Newman. “And while Vermont is the defending champion, there is no clear favorite as the teams have been very successful against one another all season. It will be a very competitive tournament.” To listen, visit www.abalive.com, click the Voice America Sports banner or go directly to www.voiceamericasports.com.
