HOUSTON,TX.—Grambling’s quarterback Bruce Eugene and Hampton’s linebacker Justin Durant, head Blackathlete.net 2005 Historical Black College (HBC) All-American Football Team. Joe Taylor of Hampton is our Coach of the Year.

Eugene led all NCAA 1-AA college quarterbacks in passing. The 6-1, 260 pound Grambling quarterback threw for 3887 yards and 50 touchdowns. Durant is just a sophomore and was a First Team All-American last season. Taylor coached Hampton to the MEAC title and the number one ranking in black college football.
